• Security Deposit: Your $25 security deposit will be returned after unit is clean and swept 

• Late Payment Fee:You will be charged a $25 late fee 5 days past your due date

• Lockout Fee: You will be charged a $25 lockout fee 15 days past your due date

• Liens & Administrative Fee: $200

• Damage to Unit: Cost of Repair
